1. Please note we require a valid credit/debit card number to confirm bookings.
2. For bookings in ‘main dining room’ we require a credit card authorisation. No shows, cancellations or changes of reservation dates within 24 hours of the booking will be subject to a cancellation fee of $50 per booking (lunch) & $100 per booking (dinner).
3. Use of the ‘second floor’ room will require a credit card authorization amount of $30 per person (lunch) & $60 per person (dinner). No shows, cancellations or changes of reservation dates within 48 hours of the booking will result in the forfeiture of the credit/debit card authorisation amount.
4. Full buyouts/closure will require a 50% deposit. The deposit will be held by Rhubarb and will be deducted from the final bill upon completion of the event. Cancellation or changes of reservation dates within 5 days of the booking will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
5. Please note that table allocation is 90 minutes for lunch and 120 minutes for dinner. During the busy sessions, you may be required to vacate it beyond the allotted dining time.
