TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. Minimum booking for 5 guests for every set menu.

2.All set menu items are fixed and any changes will be chargeable.

3.In case of any dietary restrictions, kindly remark in the booking at least 7 days prior to the event date.

4. The minimum guaranteed number of guests is the number for final billing. The restaurant requires 7 days advance notice if there is a cancellation or any changes in number of guests.

5. If there is a cancellation or reduction in the number of guests with less than 7 days notice, the restaurant reserves the rights to charge per the original minimum guaranteed number.

6. Any add-on guests joining on the event date will be additionally charged 100 THB of the set menu price per person.

7. COCA Holding International Co., Ltd. fully reserves the rights for any amendments of menus and conditions without prior notice.

8. All prices are subjected to 10% service charge and 7% government tax.

9. No package deals will be confirmed via online bookings. All package bookings must be arranged and confirmed through our sales representatives.

PAYMENT TERMS:

1. A 50% deposit is required 10 days prior to the event date to confirm your reservation and secure the booking.

2. Payment methods are according to the company's T&C.

Special requests are not guaranteed and are subject to availability and restaurant discretion. Notes stating an alternative timing or party-size will not be accommodated.
