Silver Shell Café accepts the following modes of cashless payment only: Debit/Credit Cards (VISA/Mastercard), UnionPay, JCB, AMEX, Alipay, WeChatPay, ApplePay, Charge to the Room, Shangri-La Circle Points Redemption, and Islander Points Redemption.

An advanced 100% full pre-payment via credit card is required for all reservations for the festive period. Any cancellation made less than 14 days from the actual reservation date is non-refundable.

Special requests are not guaranteed and are subject to availability and restaurant discretion. Notes stating an alternative timing or party-size will not be accommodated.
