Important Information for Dining Reservations:
1. Reservation Types: Online bookings are accepted for breakfast, lunch, and dinner only. For reservations that include desserts and/or drinks only, please specify in the message box; otherwise, these requests cannot be confirmed.
2. Poolside Dining Policy: A minimum spend of THB 2,000 per guest is required for poolside table and the booking will not be confirmed until the payment is made.
3. Day Pass Guests: Day Pass reservations must be made in advance, and full prepayment is necessary to confirm and guarantee the booking. For more details and to enhance your booking experience, please contact our team at dining@katarocks.com.
4.Large Parties: For bookings of more than 5 guests, the Kata Rocks Team will manage confirmation and payment arrangements directly via email, including a payment link, prior to the reservation day.
5. Changes to Reservations: If you need to adjust the number of guests or make other changes to your reservation, please inform us at dining@katarocks.com. Ensure your booking reflects the accurate party size.
