Terms & Conditions
- Tickets are sold in pairs. Reservations are only for 2, 4, 6, 8 & 10pax.
- Tickets cannot be canceled after payment is made, and there will be no refunds made.
- Dates and times cannot be changed once payment is made. Guest will only be allowed into the event at their purchased date, timeslot, and restaurant.
- Kindly note that each seat will require a ticket. Children/toddlers will require a full-priced ticket to enter.
- No refund will be made for ticket(s) in the event that guest does not show up
- Please note that seats will be pre-assigned. We will do our best to seat you privately in accordance with your booking but due to space and table restrictions within the restaurants, do understand that co-sharing of a table may happen.
- We understand you love our fried chicken, and we will do our best to serve you as many of what you love. Due to cooking constraints, we regret chicken parts are subject to availability.
- We’d love to serve you as much as you can eat, but we do not advocate food wastage. Kindly order only what you can finish. KFC reserves the right to charge for unfinished food if they are deemed too excessive.
- Please note that Dessert items are not the highlights of the chicken feast. Each customer will get 1 coupon to redeem desserts (1 pc Egg tart, 1x Carrot Cake, 1x Ondeh Ondeh Cake).
- This event is strictly for dining inside the restaurant only, hence no takeaways will be permitted even if there is unfinished food. Please order prudently to avoid food wastage.
- Please be punctual for your booking. The time allocated is strictly 90 minutes from the stated start time. No additional time will be given if the guest arrives late
- KFC Singapore reserves the rights to change or amend the T&C at any point of time.
