Dining Terms & Conditions and Noshow Cancellation Policy:

1. To confirm your reservation, we request a prepayment of ฿1,000 per person. This is non-refundable in the case of either a no-show or a same day cancellation.

2. We are currently serving ฿5,500++ (Food only), and Optional Beverage pairing is ฿4,500++ Kindly request you select your menu of choice upon confirming your reservation.

3. Due to the authentic nature of our Neo-Indian cuisine, we are unfortunately unable to cater to allergies to key Indian ingredients.

4. Please do be aware of the occasional heavy traffic around our location and allow sufficient time to reach us. Your table will be held for 20 minutes beyond your reservation time, however, should you arrive later than this, we may have to offer you our next available table at a slightly later time.

5. In order to begin your OCEAN X HAOMA dining experience, we do require everyone booked, to be present together.

6. Dress code for the restaurant is smart casual with closed footwear.

7. We do understand, that diners will occasionally need to postpone their reservation. Provided we are informed at least 24 hours in advance, we will do our utmost to accommodate this request.

8. Should you wish to bring your own wine, this will be subject to a ฿2,500++ corkage fee per bottle and is limited to one bottle for two diners and a maximum of two bottles per reservation.

9. Any other externally purchased liquor will not be allowed to be consumed within OCEAN X HAOMA.

10. We regret we are not a restaurant suitable for children below the age of 8 years old. We are however delighted to welcome young diners between 8 and 12 years old, for whom we can prepare a shorter, 5-course menu, priced at ฿2,000 ++.
11. OCEAN X HAOMA is not responsible for any lost items or damage to personal vehicles.

12. OCEAN X HAOMA reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions, without any prior notice.
