Reservation rules:
- All reservations require an advance payment (DP) of Rp200,000, billed directly by the Hansang staff. This down payment is non-refundable, whether the guests cancel or are no-shows.
- For reservations involving private rooms or groups exceeding 10 people, customers are advised to contact the restaurant directly via WhatsApp.

Special requests are not guaranteed and are subject to availability and restaurant discretion. Notes stating an alternative timing or party-size will not be accommodated.
