Booking & Payment
* Upfront Payment: To secure your spot, a $40 F&B voucher must be purchased per person at the time of booking.* Flexible Redemption: Your $40 ticket is fully redeemable as F&B credit at FOC by the Beach. This credit is valid on the event day or any other date of your choosing.* Non-Refundable: All payments are final. No refunds will be issued for cancellations or no-shows.
Seating & Equipment* Guaranteed Seating: Each ticket holder is guaranteed a seat within the venue for the dinner portion (starting 19:15).* Equipment: Yoga mats and deckchairs for the Soundbath session are available on a first-come, first-served basis.* Special Requests: We aim to accommodate seating preferences, but requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
Event Logistics* Check-in: Registration begins at 19:00. The Soundbath session starts promptly at 19:15.* Credit Usage: The $40 F&B credit must be used in a single transaction. It cannot be exchanged for cash or split across multiple visits.
* Island Admission: Complimentary Sentosa entry passes will be sent via WhatsApp or email on the day of the event
Weather Policy* Inclement Weather: In case of heavy rain, the Soundbath may be moved to a sheltered area or rescheduled. The $40 F&B credit remains valid for dining regardless of weather-related changes to the wellness session.
