Booking & Payment
* Upfront Payment: Purchase of a $40 F&B voucher per person is required at the time of booking to secure your spot for the Sunset Watch Party.* Flexible Redemption: Your $40 ticket is fully redeemable as F&B credit at FOC by the Beach. This credit can be used on the day of the event or on any other date of your choosing.* Non-Refundable: Payments are non-refundable in the event of a no-show or cancellation.
Seating & Equipment* Guaranteed Seating: Every ticket holder is automatically guaranteed a seat within the venue for the dinner portion (19:15 onwards).* Mats & Deckchairs: Yoga mats and deckchairs for the Soundbath session are provided on a first-come, first-served basis.* Special Requests: While we strive to accommodate specific seating preferences, all requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed in advance.
Event Logistics* Check-in: Guests are encouraged to arrive by 17:45 for registration. The Soundbath session begins promptly at 18:15.* Credit Usage: The $40 F&B credit must be used in a single transaction. It cannot be exchanged for cash or split across multiple visits.
Weather Policy* Inclement Weather: In the event of heavy rain, the Soundbath session may be moved to a sheltered area within FOC by the Beach or rescheduled. Your $40 F&B credit remains valid for dining regardless of weather changes to the wellness session.
