Encore by Rhubarb Booking Terms & Conditions
1. Please note we require a valid booking to secure table.
2. Bookings open up to 2 months in advance.
3. For groups of 7 pax & above in ‘main dining room’ we require a
credit card authorisation hold of $100 per booking (lunch) & $200 per
booking (dinner) This will be automatically released in 7 days.
No shows, cancellations or changes of reservation dates within 24 hours
of the booking will result in the forfeiture of the credit/debit card
authorisation amount.
4. Use of the ‘second floor’ room will require a credit card authorization
amount of $30 per person (lunch) & $60 per person (dinner). No shows,
cancellations or changes of reservation dates within 48 hours of the
booking will result in the forfeiture of the credit/debit card authorisation
amount.
5. Minimum spend of ‘second floor’ is $800++ for lunch & $1,600++
for dinner.
6. Full buyouts/closure will require a 50% deposit. The deposit will be
held by Rhubarb and will be deducted from the final bill upon completion
of event. Cancellation or changes of reservation dates within 5 days of the
booking will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
No children below 10 years of age.
Special requests are not guaranteed and are subject to availability and restaurant discretion. Notes stating an alternative timing or party-size will not be accommodated.
