· For cancellations made 7 or more days in advance, 100% of the deposit will be refunded.

· For cancellations made less than 7 days before the event date, 100% of the total guarantee amount will be charged.

· This booking is applied for Al Saray Sathorn branch ONLY.

· For Al Saray Soonvijai branch, reservation is accepted by phone only. Please contact the restaurant directly.
